How to Order

Orders are accepted by email. Please check the instructions below and contact us using the “Order” button. Products will be shipped after we confirm your payment via bank transfer or postal transfer. Transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Send your order email

Please send an email to worthc@me.com and include the following information:

  • Address, full name, and phone number

  • Product details: model number and quantity (see the Ukulele and Bass product lists via the links)

  • Preferred payment methods for orders within Japan: bank transfer or postal transfer. For international orders: PayPal.

Confirmation email

We will reply with the total amount including shipping and fees, along with payment details.

Shipment

Products are shipped after payment has been confirmed. International orders are shipped via DHL.

If you are not a reseller and would like to purchase single packs, we recommend ordering Worth Strings from a dealer in your country.
