The Worth Strings that Herb Ohta, Jr. has used for many years have now been renewed. The gauge of the 1st string has been increased from 0.0224” / 0.57 mm to 0.0244” / 0.62 mm, resulting in a slightly thicker string that delivers a milder, warmer tone.

The thicker 1st string has a warmer tone, but still has Worth’s distinct tonal and sustain quality.
