The 4th string Low-G of the CD-LG set has been upgraded to a thicker EX gauge. This produces a fuller, more powerful tone on the 4th string, with naturally higher tension.

A slightly stiffer and thicker Low-G set than the standard version. Please specify with "EX" when ordering. Provides sufficient tension even on soprano ukuleles. Recommended for those who want a bit more tension from their Worth Strings Low-G set. Note: Some ukuleles may require modification for installation.
