Herb Ohta, Jr. Model 2

This is Version 2 of the set personally selected by Herb Ohta Jr., based on his own playing style. A key feature is the 4th string Low-G, which uses a slightly thinner 0.0344” (0.88 mm) gauge to prevent excessive bass when amplified. Compared to Version 1, the 1st string has been changed from 0.0244” (0.57 mm) to 0.0244” (0.62 mm) at Junior’s request, making the 1st string thicker and milder. All other string gauges and materials remain the same between Version 1 and Version 2.
